The house is fully equipped with cookware, plush towels, cozy blankets, and fun games. Step outside onto the new deck, situated right at the water's edge, and enjoy a delicious barbecue on the Weber grill while soaking up the sun under the umbrellas. You can also request a private buoy for your boat.

The house is immaculately clean and furnished with comfort in mind. Conveniently located for grocery shopping, dining out, and casinos, it's also close to Kings Beach, Incline Village, and Tahoe City.

After a long day on the water, you will rest well in one of two bedrooms, both including full-sized beds. There is one primary bathroom to share.
