August 2024Extraordinary Home and Services
The pictures of this home do not do it Justice. Built in a modern scandinavian style, the house has soaring ceilings, huge windows, and open living space. Luxurious and colorful furniture, fabrics and carpets soften the modern style and add a welcoming feel. The views of the St. Lawrence, surrounded by mountains and pine trees, is gorgeous. A central fireplace in the main level completes the chalet ambience. While all this would be more than sufficient, it pales in comparison to the meals created by the chef and his wife on staff. With high quality meats, seafoods, and abundant fresh vegetables, breakfast, lunch and dinner were always delicious, healthy, and creative. Roland and Lorence were as friendly and helpful as they were experienced. The ONLY downside was that we eventually had to leave. ”
