A 5-Star Nashville Experience

Our recent stay at this Executive Home in Nashville was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything about the experience exceeded our expectations! The home itself was stunningly spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity a family could need. It was the perfect home base for our trip, offering luxury and comfort in equal measure. The location couldn’t have been better. It's perfectly nestled between downtown and Music Row, making it easy to explore the best of Nashville while enjoying a peaceful and private retreat. No need to rent a car - Uber and Lifts were perfect for getting around. The most we spent ($43) was for an XL to and from the airport due to "overpacking" by my daughter and me. Playlist Properties, which manages the home, provided excellent service. They were responsive, professional, and kind. From the moment I reached out before our arrival to after we checked out. It's rare to find such consistent attentiveness, and it made a big difference. A special thank you to the property owner, Bill K., who personally called before our visit to offer thoughtful suggestions on things to do and see around Nashville. His kindness and generosity were truly appreciated, and our conversation was one of the highlights of the trip. We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, but this experience stands out as one of the very best. The Nashville Executive home is exactly as described. Beautiful views, classic decor, very very comfortable beds, perfectly appointed and simply beautiful. The staff at Playlist Properties, the management team, was friendly and impressively responsive. Our experience was definitely 5 Star. The home is within just a few short blocks to many of the sites to be visited in Nashville. And the rooftop was a front row seat to the beautiful firework shows of Nashville. Great Locatioin in Upscale neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The place was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was the huge 2-car garage, which made parking so convenient. Best of all was the location – we could walk to all the fantastic restaurants in The Gulch, which was a huge plus. It was also an easy Uber ride to Broadway, and we enjoyed a great concert at Bridgestone Arena. Overall, this condo provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!”

Wonderful Stay!

What a great location! We loved every minute! Just a few minutes walk to “The Gulch” you can certainly spend a whole day there or more. Lots of shopping restaurants honky-tonks. Broadway, music Row, music Hall of Fame, and other attractions are an easy Uber drive away. Uber in some cases was cheaper than parking. The house was perfect with everything you need. Just a heads up, there are three flights of stairs so get ready for some exercise as well.”
