Situated in Great Barrington, just a 2.5-hour drive from bustling NYC, our property is nestled amidst lush trees and parkland, with the majestic Monument Mountain as our neighbor. Despite the tranquil setting, you'll find the convenience of town, shopping, dining, skiing, and the renowned Tanglewood music venue all within a short 10-15 minute drive.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a delightful ambiance and thoughtful amenities. Start your day with a complimentary gourmet coffee or sip on a refreshing cocktail, immersing yourself in the charm of the Berkshires.

The main floor boasts high-speed WiFi and central heating/air conditioning for your comfort. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a brand new super automatic Tchibo coffee machine stocked with fresh beans from NYC's renowned Porto Rico Importing Company. Additionally, you'll find a stocked liquor cabinet for crafting your favorite cocktails, a 5-range gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster oven, and InstantPot.

Gather around the 8-seat farmhouse dining table in the dining room for shared meals and conversations. The inviting living room features a grand piano and a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings (note: the fireplace is turned off during the summer air-conditioning months). A den is also available, complete with a 55" TV equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming entertainment.

The main floor offers two distinct sleeping arrangements. The master suite beckons with a king-size bed, a comfortable Leesa mattress, a flatscreen TV with Amazon Fire Stick for streaming, a motorized standing desk, and an attached bath featuring dual sinks, dual showerheads, and a luxurious soaking tub. On the opposite side of the house, a guest suite awaits, offering a queen-size bed with a Casper mattress and an attached bath.

Step into the inviting enclosed three-season porch, where you can take in the view of the pool, grill, and patio, surrounded by trees. A powder room and a convenient laundry closet complete the offerings on the main floor.

Upstairs, you'll discover two additional tastefully furnished bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed with a Casper mattress and a desk for any virtual schooling or work needs. Two more full bathrooms are available for your convenience. Take a moment to unwind in the reading area with a comfortable rocker chair or find tranquility in the bay window sitting nook.

If staying active is part of your routine, our finished basement boasts a state-of-the-art Tonal digital gym, ensuring you never miss a workout.

For guests with electric vehicles, our garage provides a Tesla EV charger on a NEMA 14-50 outlet on a 50 AMP circuit, so you can use your own charger if you have a different EV. The garage door system is equipped with WiFi, enabling guests to open and close the garage door conveniently via their smartphones after signing up for the app.
