Property View
Breathtaking panaromic views of the Caribbean sea from two bedrooms and the entire main area being the Kitchen, Dining Room and lounge area. The Third Bedroom has a view of The Lagoon and the mountain towards Phillipsburg.
House Rules
Please rinse feet at the pool area before entering the apartment. Please also do not leave sliding doors open with air conditioning on as air conditioning is expensive and can run between $100 and $150 per day if the doors are closed while turned on. If the doors are left open with the air conditioning turned on it can damage the air conditioning units and the costs can be over $1,000 per week if the doors are open. Bottom line is house rules are to treat the apartment like you would expect your home to be treated. Enjoy paradise !!!
Additional Fees
The unit offers the options to have daily cleaning that you could pay directly. Also if air conditioning is used continually with sliding doors closed the additional cost would be $500 per weak as this is what it costs. This will be discussed with all guests about air conditioning usage as we really do not want to charge this fee however we need to have a conversation about this. If you would like to extend your stay please let us know and would do this for the appropriate extra keys if available.

July 2025Fantastic home
The home is in perfect location with a great pool and unique private beach. Gary has everything that you might need. He is a caring owner. We had no difficulty with the a/c; we opened the house to a breeze when we left and turned on the a/c when we returned (usually late in the day) in the rooms we used. The a/c worked very well. I highly recommend home.”

March 2025The Cliff - wonderful
The Cliff is in a wonderful location with incredible views, outstanding pool/fitness center/common areas, and has one of the best restaurants on the island in the lobby. Lots of activities within walking distance of the condo including world famous Maho and Mullett Bay Beaches. Gary was very responsive, informative, and helpful. ”

March 2025Great location and stunning view on St Martin
Gary was very nice to work with and offered a lot of information about the area and island. The view from the lanai is spectacular! The pool area is beautiful and has a wonderful sunset view. Quite a number of restaurants in the area and very close to Maho which also has many restaurants. A few days the ocean and beach were calm and perfect for swimming, and then a few days of large waves which made for an awesome sight. ”
