The upper deck provides a perfect outdoor space with a gas BBQ, lounge furniture, and a fire pit for relaxation and entertainment.

Conveniently located near Boulder Bay park, restaurants, and markets, guests can easily access nearby amenities. The Boulder Bay area is highly sought-after and offers an ideal location for a memorable stay in Big Bear.

The spacious 2,100 square foot custom home features a gourmet kitchen that opens up to the living room, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The living room offers ample seating and large windows that provide breathtaking views of the lake, Boulder Bay, and the forest.

Outside, guests can enjoy sun decks that provide a sense of being above the world, with panoramic views of Boulder Bay, the lake, and the mountains.
