★ We ask all adult guest to provide government-issued IDs upon check-in.

★ Absolute NO parties are allowed.

★ No smoking or pets inside the house, please take off shoes when entering the unit.

★ Only registered guest can be allow into the unit. Unauthorized guests will not be allow to stay.

★ Please note that we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet service disruptions, variations in internet speed, difficulties in finding street parking, or incidents occurring outside of the apartment.

★ Quiet hours 10pm-8am. There are long-term tenants on the 2nd floor, please be mindful of noise.

★ Please note that our property is located next to an elementary school. During the lunch hours, typically around 11:30 am to 1 pm, you may experience some noise as the children come out to play. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when considering our space (school is closed during summer break from June to Sept).

Wonderful Week

We tried to find a reasonable place to stay in New York, but it was very expensive. We decided to stay at Jack's place in Harrison. The cost to stay at Jack's for a week was probably the same as one night in New York. Since we had two bedrooms, we invited some another couple to Join us and had a great time with them. We all found this 'elegant designer home' spacious and very comfortable. Although we only cooked one meal, breakfast, there was a beautiful kitchen with brand new appliances. There was complimentary tea and coffee and it had all you needed to do any cooking. Also, if we needed anything or some advice, Jack was very helpful. It was an easy walk to the PATH train to New York and it was easy to navigate back and forth between. It's also very close to Newark airport. It was about a $45.00 Uber ride which took about 15 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodation and had a great New York holiday. If you want a reasonable place to stay and don't mind the daily commute between Harrison and New York, this is the place for you.”
