Description

Pacific Waters

This beautiful four bedrooms house is located on the East Coast, an easy 2.5-hour drive from Sydney, at the top of Nelson Bay. This tourist-friendly town near Newcastle, New South Wales, is on the south side of Port Stephens, a long natural harbour. The area is referred to as "Blue Water Paradise".

Nelson Bay is among a string of dreamy bays and rocky headlands at the end of the Tomaree Peninsula. The Tomaree National Park and the Worimi Conservation Lands protect many of the coast and peninsula's interior, all abounding with Aboriginal culture, biodiversity and knockout natural scenery.

The living area is an extensive plan lounge area to relax and enjoy the views of Port Stephens. Living spaces are ample and bright, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. A decor blend of modern and classical styles and wooden elements creates an elegant and fashionable atmosphere surrounding the property.

The house has been recently renovated and freshly painted inside and out, with new timber floors and all new furniture inside and out.
There is lots of room to relax, read, enjoy a few drinks and play.

The wonderful surfing Beaches & swimming beaches of Shoal Bay, One Mile, Anna Bay, Birubi, Fingal Bay and Dutchies are only minutes away.
Port Stephens is famous for its Water sports, fishing and crystal clear water. There are many dining options, including the new Rick Stein Seafood Restaurant. There is a lot of shopping at either Salamander Bay or Nelson Bay – only 5 minutes away.
