It is located in the desired private & gated Sunrise at 1770 estate, just 3 miles from the main Agnes Water shopping, restaurant & café precinct. Corymbia Beach House boasts one of the best views & locations in the gated Sunrise estate. This property is within walking distance of the remote red rock beach. The property has been luxuriously furnished with modern, practical furnishings offering two wings separated by an undercover breezeway deck. Both wings provide lounge/ media rooms & each bedroom has its bathroom. The beautiful breeze-way sun decks face towards the stunning ocean & include alfresco dining furniture, a built-in BBQ & wine/drinks fridge: a fully self-contained kitchen, a comfortable lounge, a separate TV room, free Wifi & full laundry facilities.

Guests will access the shared club facilities consisting of two 25m horizon wet edge pools, sun lounges, BBQ, cabana areas & change rooms.
You will also have access to 4 tennis courts, basketball court(half) and children's playground.

Beach access is along the boardwalk below the house, plus there are several remote beach access points.

Paperbark Forest Boardwalk.
Captain Cook Monument. Lieutenant James Cook anchored in this area in the town of 1770 and came ashore near Round Hill Head.
Visit to Chinaman’s Beach. Chinaman’s beach is a superb spot for swimming, but it’s not patrolled, so ensure you be careful. You can also do a spot of fishing and explore the rock pools to the side.
Day trip to Deepwater National Park.

Stunning home in a beautiful setting!

This home is stunning in every way. The design is thoughtful and it has everything you might need to be comfortable. The estate pool is even better than the photos and one of the most memorable swimming spots we have had the pleasure to enjoy. We loved the local town. It has a well stocked supermarket (lots of gourmet niche items as well as everything else), restaurants, cute marina and a great local patrolled main beach.
