By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.

-Please respect our rules, property, and neighborhood.

- Maximum number of adult guests is 6 with 2 or more children for a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

- Please do not congregating or sitting on the front porch or in the front of the house.

-Smoking is prohibited in the house and anywhere on the property.

- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.

-Never leave children unsupervised.

-Kindly Adhere to all pool rules (details below).

-Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.

- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-No pets allowed (except service animals as permitted in the non-discrimination policy).

-Please no shoes inside the home.

-Please wash off sand and dry off well before entering the home

-Keep windows and doors closed if using AC or heat.

-AC cannot be turned below 71 degrees without causing damage to the AC system.

-If the property needs repair, guests must allow (with proper notice) service people in to do their job.

-Must put garbage/recycling out on Tuesday evening and bring the empty cans back to their place.

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.

- Guest is liable for any damage to the property as a result of their stay.

- Hosting a party at the home is strictly prohibited. People on the property or in the home who are not guests included in the booking constitutes a violation of the House Rules and grounds for ending the booking early (eviction) without financial consideration (refund or accommodation replacement) based on the discretion of the Managers and subject to the policies of the online marketplace.

-Please note there are security cameras on the outside of the home for guest safety.

-Any damage to the property or failure to comply with rules is the guests financial responsibility and could be grounds for early removal from the property at the sole discretion of the Managers.

POOL RULES AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:

ADULT GUESTS AGREE TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. THE SCREEN DOORS TO THE POOL CAGE ARE SELF CLOSING WITH LATCHES AT A CHILD SAFE HEIGHT - THEY MUST BE KEPT CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.

ALL THREE SLIDING DOORS TO THE POOL AREA ARE EQUIPPED WITH DOOR LOCKS AND TWO TYPES OF SAFETY LATCHING SYSTEMS (PIN AND FLIP UP) AT THE TOP OF EACH DOOR PANNEL THAT AN ADULT MUST ENGAGE TO SECURE THE DOORS TO PREVENT UNINTENDED ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA. Keep the sliding doors completely shut. Leaving the door open even a small amount can cause damage to AC units.

- GUESTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS NO LIFE GAURD ON DUTY AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS REGARDLESS OF SWIMMING ABILITY. OWNER AND MANAGERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DEATHS.

- NOBODY SHOULD SWIM ALONE

- PLEASE NO GLASS IN POOL, IN POOL CAGE AREA OR ON POOL DECK

- ALL CHILDREN NOT POTTY TRAINED MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPERS IN POOL

- NO DIVING

- NO FLIPS OR OTHER HAZARDOUS BEHAVIOR OR ACTIVITY IN OR AROUND THE POOL

- NO RUNNING ON POOL DECK

IF THE POOL NEEDS TO BE DRAINED DUE TO BROKEN GLASS OR OTHER REASONS RESULTING FROM THE GUESTS USE, THE COST WILL BE PASSED ONTO GUEST.

-Dry off before re-entering the home

-If there are any questions/issues about the pool, home or its contents, please do not attempt to fix them yourself, contact the host.

Not abiding by any of the above house/pool rules, terms and conditions of occupancy, could result in ending the guests stay early (eviction) without financial reparations or provision of any additional consideration upon the sole discretion of the Managers.
