The Accommodation:
Ascend to the second floor of the tri-level building, where your haven awaits. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom, complete with convenient in-unit laundry facilities. In the second bedroom, you'll find a full over full bunk bed paired with a twin trundle, perfect for accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom showcases two twin beds, easily harmonized to form a king-size bed if desired. An air mattress is also available, complementing the queen sleeper sofa. The airy living and dining areas flow seamlessly, exuding a sense of openness. The galley kitchen, adorned with exquisite granite countertops, ample cabinetry, and counter space, stands ready to facilitate culinary endeavors. Step onto the front porch, replete with spacious, comfortable Adirondack chairs and an idyllic alfresco dining setup, inviting you to relish sea-kissed dinners or morning refreshments.

Guest Access:
Your access encompasses the entirety of this private unit, occupying the second floor of the tri-unit residence. While your space remains secluded, it's worth noting that the shared staircase leading to the third-floor unit graces the front porch.

Notes from the Owner's:

TV
Our flat screen TVS are smart enabled with the ability to stream using various applications by using the FireStick remote. For live TV channels, we offer YouTube TV app, with the ability to watch all standard live cable channels. Please feel free to enter your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Please log out after your stay as our cleaning crew does not do so.

Laundry/Linens
You have access to the washer and dryer in the unit. The washing/drying unit is located in the back bathroom. Please note, we provide bedspreads, sheets, pillows, and pillowcases ONLY. Towels, beach towels, hand towels, wash clothes, etc., and other linens we do NOT provide. Relax Concierge is a great local service to rent from if you are traveling from afar and rents linens, towels, beach equipment, baby equipment (cribs, strollers, high chairs), and other rental items.

Outside storage/shower
You will have access to the enclosed beach shower at the back of the property under the stairs. Please note this shower is shared by all the units in our condo, so please be respectful and tidy up after yourselves. We also have a locked outside storage unit under the back stairs next to the outside shower for beach gear storage.

Parking

Our unit is lucky enough to have 2 of the 3 parking spots in our shared driveway! We share this driveway with the first floor unit. If you’ve been in OCNJ during the summer months before, you’re well aware how precious parking is! That being said, just chat with the renters downstairs if they plan on using the 3rd spot/work with them when you/they need to move their car. These spots are accessible by the driveway on Park Place. Please do not block the door to the bottom floor’s storage unit (marked with a white X). DO NOT PARK in the parking spots in the back of the building (in the alley), they are not ours. belong to the other units.

Getting around the neighborhood:
What we love is everything is walkable. Park your car and walk or bike all week! The boardwalk shops start around 6th, a short walk away. Be sure to try Brown's fresh donuts and chicken salad sandwhich on 1st street or Positively 4th street cafe for a latte. Some other favorites of ours are the tennis courts at 5th and Atlantic and Carousal Ice Cream on Atlantic. Be sure to also check out Oves Beach Grill for bike, chair, and umbrella rentals locations have different hours during different seasons, so be sure to check their hours ahead of time!
