Beautiful Victoria!

We had a wonderful stay in Victoria. The condo is extremely well located right near the Empress Hotel, the harbor, and all the main downtown sites. As you can see in the listing there are amazing views of the harbor. It was magical to see float planes taking off and landing right in front of us. There are also beautiful sunset views. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking at home, but if you prefer to eat out there are many great restaurants in easy walking distance (Marilena’s was our favorite). The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the modern bathrooms and the jetted tub and bidet in the main suite. The outside patio was extra special in good weather, but you didn’t need to go outside for a spectacular view. This was our first experience with a parking elevator, which was initially intimidating be we found to be easy in a mid size SUV. This was our first Third Home stay and it will be tough to beat. You can't ask for a better location - in the heart of Victoria 2 blocks from the Empress. And wonderful panoramic views of the harbor and downtown. There was plenty of space for 2 couples and the condo had everything needed for cooking and enjoying an evening in. I highly recommend this stay and we will be looking to book it again in the future.”

Anniversary Trip

We have been to Victoria several times, always staying in various hotels. On our last visit, we checked out where this property was located and decided we would like to stay there. It exceeded our expectations. It has stunning views of the harbour and Legislative Parliment building both from the condo and also from the rooftop. The location is great and just one block to Govenment Street and only a few blocks from the Empress Hotel and the harbour. We took our car and were glad to have a parking spot too. Tim was very responsive and Greg met us at the unit upon check-in and check-out. Great place to stay and great hosts!”

Relaxing Urban Vacation

Our recent stay at this luxury condo in Victoria truly exceeded our expectations. Luxury being the key here, this modern and impeccably clean third home residence is the nicest we have yet to stay in. A lovely couple met us with the keys upon our arrival, kindly provided us a few provisions and showed us how everything worked. The 10th floor views of the harbor, mountains, sunsets, sea planes and city were incredible. This condo is safe and has high end appliances, facilities, comfortable chairs, beautiful furnishings and décor as well as automatic window shades, live plants and heated bathroom floors. Many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance filled our days. Very relaxing, quiet and comfortable vacation. Highly recommended! ”

Wow! What a View!

As soon as you walk in you are struck by luxury and a beautiful view of the harbour. High-end furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We watched the seaplanes land and take off and the mountains appear when the clouds lifted. Our host was very accommodating and even got our stay started with a few provisions. We truly felt at home and would love to stay again!!!!”

Pure luxury

We had the pleasure of staying in this incredibly luxurious condo, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the sheer space and elegance of the place. The rooms are beautifully designed with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen is every chef's dream! Fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you could possibly need, it made cooking meals an absolute treat. And don't even get me started on the espresso machine—it was a coffee lover’s paradise, providing the perfect cup to enjoy with the spectacular view from the balcony every morning. Speaking of views, they are simply breathtaking. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the panorama from this condo was something that we couldn't get enough of. The rooftop added an extra level of indulgence while enjoying the sunsets and 360deg views of the city and harbour. I can’t recommend this place enough—it exceeded all expectations!”

As Advertised - And Better

The Sovereign condo was everything advertised and then some - spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views from all of the windows are spectacular - we spent our morning coffee time each day on the deck watching the harbor come to life: seaplanes, water taxis, ferries and fishing boats. The location of the condo couldn’t be better - down the elevator and out the door and we were in the heart of Victoria, surrounded by restaurants, shops and interesting walks. If you’re lucky enough to go to Victoria and stay in this elegant condo and you’re a lover of book shops, don’t miss Monro’s just a block or so away. It was very nice to be greeted by the owner’s sister who explained various aspects of the condo and building and gave us some good restaurant tips. We did rent a car one day and went to Buchart Garden and a winery. Highly recommend this condo and the city of Victoria.”

Location, location, location! This was perfect for us. We were able to walk and explore so much in Victoria! Absolutely loved this place. The views of the Harbour were amazing as you can watch the seaplanes land and take off, along with boats, and the water taxis! It has everything you need! We were busy and had something planned each day we were there! It was clean and our host, Tim was very helpful and thoughtful! Highly recommend!!!”

Couldn't have been better!

When the title says "luxury condo" it doesn't do the place justice. It is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully appointed, spacious, and in a fantastic location with views and walking distance to just about anything you could want. It has secure parking in the building and security doors to get in so you should feel completely safe during your visit. We didn't cook but you certainly could as everything you need is right at hand. The rooftop deck with its two fire pits and BBQ area are great if you want that kind of relaxation. We were too busy exploring other sites to take advantage of this lovely retreat area. The deck at the condo was sufficient for our needs. The owner is super responsive and answered all of our questions both thoroughly and quickly. His list of recommended restaurants was very helpful and we chose many of them during our stay. Based on our experience, all four of us want to go back to both Victoria and hopefully this condo in the future.”

Amazing Perch Above Victoria

This home is truly luxurious and stunning: no matter what we had been doing during the day, when we opened the front door, we were always awed by the views (that's plural - a spectacular view of the harbor from the dining room, and another breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains from the living room. The decor was extremely attractive, the bed/bedding very comfortable, the kitchen gourmet-equipped, and some features (the master toilet and the Jura coffeemaker) were never-before-seen by us! The location was absolutely perfect! The harbor was only 3 blocks away, the Empress Hotel 4 blocks away, and innumerable dining experiences walking distance in any direction. Underground parking was convenient, so no having to find a city parking space. Tim and his property manager were extremely hospitable, thoughtful, and helpful. Victoria and Vancouver Island may not be on everyone's radar, but they should be, if you're seeking a temperate climate, friendly people, loads of activities indoor and out, farm-to-table dining, and stellar accommodations. Thank you, Tim, and Third Home! We are returning next year!!”

Lovely relaxing visit

We had a wonderful stay in this deluxe 2 bedroom condo!!! Top notch kitchen with all the needed supplies. Comfy beds, lovely linens/towels and even shower hair and body products supplied. Quiet and beautiful views out of every window. Lovely deck with amazing harbour views. Walking distance to fun shopping, restaurants, theatres, parliament and museum. We would love to stay again.”

This condo was spectacular. Everything we could have hoped for and more The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and always available for any questions. Almost every thing we wanted to do was an easy walk so we rarely had to use our car all week. We would give this home a rating of at least a 6 out of 5 at least. We would love to go back when the weather was better. B.C. Gets a lot of rain in the winter but it was still a very good experience ”

We had an incredible time at this condo. In addition to the top of the line furnishings, chefs kitchen and inspiring views, the beds are comfortable and master bath (Washlet toilette to be precise) will have us booking this place again for sure. The owner Timothy is very responsive, communicative and there are explanations for anything tech related. Also, the location of this condo is fantastic. Its in the center of downtown and everything you would want to do in the area is very accessible from there. Some fabulous restaurants right nearby as well. This place is a big winner!!! ”
