Provisioning and Other Fees
The Owner trades 50% of the retail value in ThirdHome Keys and guest members will cover the balance in cash to cover Host hard costs of crew, food and beverage, fuel and dockage, permits, etc. which are all included. In addition, guests to pay gratuities for the staff (generally 15-20%) of the retail charter value payable in cash at the end of the charter (minimum gratuities of 15% required; 20% gratuity recommended at roughly $5,000 USD).
