September 2025Beautiful very peaceful retreat - spectacular 280" lake and mountain views
This lovely cottage sits right on the edge of Lake Wakatipu, and has private access down to the stony beach and perfectly clear lake waters. From the beach, you can walk for miles around along the amazing Kelvin Heights trails network. The house is beautifully furnished with natural fabrics and leathers, and comfortable furniture. To top it off, it has a totally private spa from which one can watch the amazing night sky. Its distance from Queenstown and its SE aspect make it a very peaceful retreat. We hope to stay again.”

August 2025Amazing Relaxed Boutique Stay
Incredible place to stay in Queenstown! Amazing view over the lake and the place felt cozy and high-end. It's in a quiet area of Queenstown, so it feels tranquil and relaxing. But everything is still a close drive away and you can get a good coffee and short walk to the golf club. Communication was easy and I'd definitely recommend if you're staying in Queenstown. ”
