June 2024Stunning view to Bondi Beach
The apartment's view to Bondi Beach is simply stunning. The location is a must, just few blocks from the heart of Bondi!! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. I highly recommend to stay at James place to have a true Bondi Aussie experience. Thank you for hosting us at your place. We had a wonderful time!”

February 2024Quintessential Bondi at its best!
What a fab stay plus James & Joey were a pleasure to deal with. The Penthouse really is Bondi living at its best, a view to die for and (a max of) 2 min walk to one of the most famous beaches in the world - for anyone wanting a true Bondi experience I could not recommend highly enough.”

January 2024Penthouse: On the Top Floor and Clean
Positives: Over looks (a very crowed ...but famous) Bondi Beach. The owner's contact person allowed us to check in a bit early. She also helped us with taking our luggage up the steps to the unit.....and we really appreciated her kindness. This is the mecca for swimsuit clad teenage girls and guys! other comments: First impression.....Upon arrival the building was a disappointment - it appeared weathered and in need of a makeover - or a paint job at least. The steps to the unit were not the same width and we needed to be extremely cautious. We had an 84yr old travel companion with us. In my opinion, The Unit was smaller than the photos suggested. The furniture is very modest, and the TV room was designed for 2 to 3 people. As noted in the description, there is no elevator and there are steps at the street entry as well. After two days of climbing up and down the steps, we made the decision to check into the Langham Hotel. If you like Thai Food .... check out the restaurant: Thai Pothong (Amazing Food and Service)”
