There are also two additional rooms dedicated to the domestic staff, ensuring seamless and attentive hospitality throughout your stay. The house always comes with the handyman and wife responsible for fire chimneys, BBQ, cleaning social areas and handling house issues.
You can luxuriate in relaxation within two distinct TV areas or unwind on either of the two sophisticated terraces that grant sweeping views of the enchanting surroundings. Those who appreciate warmth will find solace in the presence of two wood-burning fireplaces, adding a touch of cozy charm to the already elegant interiors.
The Enchanting Barbecue Haven (Quincho):
Just a short stroll from the main house, you'll discover a haven dedicated to culinary delights and conviviality. The barbecue construction spans a sprawling 150 square meters, offering a single-story retreat that seamlessly combines a lobby, living room, dining room, kitchen, and barbecue area, all set within an open and inviting space. A separate TV area invites relaxation, while a comforting fireplace contributes to the overall ambiance. The Cook and the handyman are always available to assist with these facilities.
A Natural Oasis Beyond Compare:
Embrace the serene rhythms of nature as you explore the extensive estate. The farm's landscape boasts the largest collection of pine trees in all of Latin America, with over 40 diverse species that were planted over 80 years ago, creating a living tapestry of natural beauty. Meandering through the grounds is a charming river, adding an element of tranquility to the picturesque surroundings.
Be sure to visit the private chapel, built in 1944, where the combination of tranquility and historical significance creates a truly peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, you're invited to explore the Kiwi plantation, where you can learn about the cultivation of these exotic fruits and perhaps even savor some fresh kiwis right from the source. The Kiwi harvest season occurs once a year during the last week of April.

The estate has a House Manager that can arrange for a cook or chef and additional housekeeping, for grocery shopping, liquor and wine prior to arrival if desired this would be paid cash at the property. Also, she can assist in booking city dinner reservations, golf and beach club reservations, wine tour, horseback riding and transportation. This can all be arranged pre-stay and during stay as needed. The costs will depend on itinerary, groceries purchased, etc.
Once booked, the Host will connect Guests with the House Manager to coordinate accordingly.
The Reserve tier within THIRDHOME is a collection of qualified higher-end homes. The required key values to book these homes and exchange fees are higher than other homes in the Club.
