Villa Maggie | Lake Como

Set in Malgrate, Villa Maggie on Lake Como is a few steps from the shores of Lake Lecco. It offers spacious air-conditioned apartments with a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The Villa is divided into five apartments, and all the Villa will be exclusive for THIRDHOME members during the stay. The five flats of Villa Maggie are each characterised by a colour, repeated in the furnishings and details.

Maggie Villa’s apartments have a modern and bright design, many with a skylight. In each, you will find a fully-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. Some have views of the lake and mountains. The picturesque town of Lecco is 500 metres from the Villa, across a bridge. Lake Lecco is a southern branch of Lake Como, a 1-hour drive from Milan.

Malgrate is a picturesque town located on the eastern shore of Lake Como in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is situated just a short distance from Lecco and offers visitors a delightful blend of history, natural beauty, and lakeside charm.

Black & White apartment:
Open Space with a modern design and details make this flat genuinely unique. The entrance to the apartment is through a private Zen garden with a charming swimming pool for exclusive use. Arches and exposed brickwork happily combine with the white and light furnishings. The flat has a large living/dining area with a large kitchen, two double bedrooms (with Jacuzzi), one bathroom, one private Zen garden and a swimming pool for exclusive use.

Chocolat:
A two-room apartment in warm chocolate tones offers a very cosy and refined atmosphere. The flat has a balcony with a beautiful lake view.

Red:
A two-room apartment in red tones offers a cheerful and colourful atmosphere. Bright and at the same time warm, it has a balcony with a beautiful lake view. The flat consists of a large living/dining area with a kitchenette, one double bedroom, one double sofa bed, and one bathroom.

Lilla:
Fabulous and bright three-room apartment. The exposed beams warm the room, and lilac is the predominant colour. From the two small balconies, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Como, the city of Lecco and Mount Resegone; the two bedrooms are cosy and made for dreaming (even daydreaming). The flat has a large living/dining area with a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and two lake-view balconies.

Blue:
This studio plays with the colours blue and white and offers a light and elegant ambience. It is exceptionally bright, thanks to the white wooden beams of the ceiling. The flat has a large living/dining area with a kitchenette, one double bed, and one bathroom.
