For security and insurance purposes, the property has exterior security cameras covering the driveway and the dock area. There are no cameras inside the home.

Oceanfront property with private dock and rocky shoreline. The yard is fenced in with gates, but outside the gates, there is direct access to the ocean on both sides of the property. Other than the dock, water access involves uneven rocks. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for guest use. No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim and use water equipment at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
