Beautiful Beaufort by the Bay

You will enter your Newpoint home through the gate of a white picket fence leading to an expansive front porch with gas lanterns. Open the front door, which is reclaimed from an 1800’s Kentucky Bourbon Distillery, and you will immediately be struck by the high ceilings, antique hardwood floors and countless upgrades. On the main level there is a charming living room with a wood burning fireplace, a well equipped kitchen with high end appliances opening into a small, cozy dining room with seating for six. There is also a den with a pullout queen bed and a full en suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with full bathrooms, one with a four poster king size bed and the other with two double beds and a small sitting area.

The guesthouse, located just steps away from the main house, is comprised of a queen bedroom with an en-suite bath, a full kitchen and a living room.

The property is extremely comfortable and offers several indoor and outdoor sitting areas, plus a lovely back yard that can be accessed from a screened porch. The landscaping, featuring native plants, has verdant foliage and flowering shrubs all year long.
