For those who wish to heat the pool to 88 degrees there is an additional fee of $100 (June - Sept) $150 per day (Oct - May). Spa use is $25/day. All days during the stay must be booked and all must be prepaid.

The host requires knowledge of the number of people staying at the property for liability purposes and the max head count is 4 adults. Use of the premises, particularly the spa, pool, roof or the stairs to the roof, are at guest’s own risk and no one under 18 is allowed on the roof or stairs leading to the roof.
