Please note we have a very strict no parties or gatherings (more than 6) at the house. There is a $500 charge for violation and bookers that violate this may be ended immediately at owner’s discretion with no refund. Unfortunately, I have had to tighten my policy significantly so as to not jeopardize my ability to STR - please enjoy a peaceful, relaxing and respectful stay. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Please note, in Los Angeles we as hosts are only allowed to STR primary residences! We understand that you may be accustomed to closets/cabinets that are empty but by law second homes cannot serve as STRs. We kindly ask that you do not go through the host’s property located in the bedroom closets and/or where cabinets have been closed off. Thank you so much for understanding!

Similar to the above there is no smoking (weed or otherwise) or illegal drug use of any kind on the premises including outside. There is a minimum $500 charge for violation and bookers that violate this may be ended immediately at owner’s discretion with no refund.

Please note as a host I need to know how many people will be staying at the property and this must be reflected on the booking for liability purposes. Please note there is a $50 surcharge per person per night for any amount of guests 3 or more.

Note, the daybed in the middle room pulls out to a king bed. Please contact the house if you are having trouble pulling it out.

Please note heating of the pool is $200 per day due to energy costs to heat this size and depth of a pool. If you book in advance this is discounted to $125 per night. Pool heat will be set to 82 degrees. Please do not increase the temperature beyond 84 degrees. If the pool heat is turned up above 84 degrees a $75 charge will be applied per day of stay to cover additional energy costs. Please note, if pool heating is not booked/paid for and the pool heater is turned on at any point during the stay an automatic $200 per day charge will be applied at check out. The temperature gauge is monitored by the owner. Thank you!

Please note, the pool is serviced on Wednesdays and the landscaping on Fridays by companies that will let themselves through to the back. Guests must allow for service.

Spa use is permitted and complimentary. To operate the spa, turn the pool pump levers inwards facing each other (right now they are both facing out) and then press “spa on” on the heater. This will prevent the pool from being heated to the temperature of the spa. Please remember to “heater off” after use and turn the levers back to their previous position (facing out) so that your pool continues to filter. Please ask the host for any clarifications on operation of the spa as incorrectly turning on the spa will heat up the pool and trigger the thermostat for the pool, which will in turn trigger the pool heating per day cost. Thank you!

The wine on the wall is for ascetic purposes only. Please do not drink the wine. Each bottle has been catalogued and is special to the owner. If any bottle is pulled or missing the guest will be charged $150 per bottle.

The sunglasses are for guest enjoyment but if any glasses are damaged or missing please note there will be a $200 fee (Raybans) $75 (non Raybans) applied at check out. Enjoy!

Please note, guests are responsible for locking the house, doors, windows, sliders, ecy. The back of the house is accessible from the street so do not leave the back doors open or your possessions unattended to in an unlocked house or outside. Guests are responsible to lock up for the safety of themselves, their possessions and the house and its contents.
