Ideally positioned between Vail and Beaver Creek, this spacious 3400 sq ft home sits right on the Eagle Vail Golf Course, equal distance from both iconic mountain destinations. Convenience is key, with grocery stores, liquor shops, and an array of dining options all within a 5-minute drive. Local cafes, bakeries, and even a Starbucks are right at your fingertips.

Garage:
Heated garage with space for one car. Ski racks and storage, as well as sleds for use.

Main Level:
As you enter, the grand main level welcomes you with its soaring wood-beamed ceiling. Across the home, there are 3 distinct zones for HVAC, making it perfect for folks with different temperature preferences! And, this home has air conditioning for the summer months, a rare treat in the Vail valley.

Kitchen:
The recently renovated kitchen is a cook's dream, equipped with a Viking gas oven featuring four burners and a griddle, a Viking microwave drawer, a Monogram refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice/water, and a coffee bar. The kitchen also features 2 lovely granite sinks. It's fully stocked with everything you need, including a crockpot, Cuisinart ice cream maker, pots, pans, grill tools, serving pieces, and more.

Dining Room:
Meals can be enjoyed at the large round table for eight, or you can take your dining experience outside to the first of four decks. There's seating for 6 at the island and an additional 4 in the family room.

Family Room:
The family room is a perfect gathering place with brand-new, comfortable furniture, including a spacious leather sectional, oversized swivel chairs, a recliner, and a game/work table. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Sony 70-inch Smart TV that offers all premium channels, including Netflix and HBO. Stay cozy with the wood-burning stove. Firewood provided.

Sunroom:
The sunroom, with a daybed, swivel chairs, and a wet bar featuring a refrigerator, offers a serene spot with beautiful lawn views. It's an ideal place for morning coffee, curling up with a great book, or enjoying an afternoon cocktail. From here, you can access the second deck, which houses a private hot tub for 6-8 people, or the third deck with outdoor seating.

Just 1/2 a flight of stairs down you will find a large basement.

Game Room:
A dedicated game room provides even more entertainment. Enjoy a game of poker or Mahjong. The room comes fully equipped with all the necessary game accessories.

On this level you will find 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths and a full size washer/dryer. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen bed.
