On the ground level, a carport offers covered parking, while the beautifully landscaped backyard features a 15x30 private swimming pool, complete with lounge chairs, a bar height table and chairs, and a double hanging swing.

As you ascend to Level One, you'll find Bedroom #1 with a queen bed and a whisper floor fan, as well as Bedroom #2 with two twin beds. A gameroom awaits, featuring a couch, loveseat, a large smart TV, a foosball table, and access to the deck and pool. A full hall bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.

The modern kitchen, also recently renovated, features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an additional fridge for drinks. The ocean views from this kitchen are simply breathtaking. An inviting living area offers a new couch, loveseat, and a 50" Smart TV. The dining room is equipped with a new table and eight chairs, while three barstools complete the setup.
