This expansive One Bedroom suite provides a master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a standard shower/tub combination. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, as well as dishes and utensils. The spacious living room encompasses a distinct dining area and a queen-size sleeper sofa for added convenience. Each suite offers a patio or balcony for guests to enjoy, and complimentary community laundry facilities are conveniently available in each building.

MarBrisa Hilton Grand Vacations Club 1 Bedroom Residence

The property and grounds are well maintained with the staff very accommodating and friendly. There are two areas of villas, The Pointe and The Cove, each with several pools and hot tubs. Unfortunately the weather during or visit was cool and rainy so we did not use the pools but enjoyed the hot tubs several times. I enjoyed the Fitness Centre which is large and bright with natural light. This is a family resort with lots of families and children so at times there is lots of children screaming as little children do and some of the units back onto Lego Land where you can hear children screaming on the rides. Your room is assigned when you check in so it is important to select which villa your unit is located. We were originally put in Villa 80 of The Point looking North that received no sun and far away from the pools and Fitness Centre. We were able to change to Villa 60 of The Cove that overlooked a green field facing Southwest with lots of sun. It was across from the main pools and Fitness Centre. There are elevators in both Villas we were in with luggage trollies available. They will clean your room and change sheets once during the week and fresh towels are available by texting the front desk. I liked the texting as the staff were quick to respond to our requests. ”
