Pictures didn't do the Villa justice...

We had a lovely trip to Grand Cayman. And I wish I could be more positive about the house. But the title above reflects the negative interpretation of the phrase. The Villa is very dated! The pictures were clearly taken quite a few years ago or tweaked to make everything look fresher. Also, it lacked basic amenities like proper coffee setup, zero condiments, any soap, shampoo, etc. When you are staying somewhere for a week, you need stuff like that. The room layout is very strange. Fortunately we only had one other couple join us so we were able to spread out. Otherwise somebody would have been sleeping in a bedroom with the laundry room in it. And way too much open living room space. We were on a Caribbean island to enjoy the beach, water, outdoors. Not sit inside. Needs a total refresh and more attention to the outdoor spaces.”

Exceptional Oceanfront Villa Experience

This outstanding oceanfront property is in a fantastic location and offers wonderful privacy. Our family of five, ranging in age from 15 to 74, absolutely loved this place. Rick is a great host, easy to reach for any questions, and Dainsly took care of cleaning the pool while we were there. The villa itself had everything needed for our stay, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. Everything was in perfect working order. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire setup of the place was fantastic. The house has plenty of room and is very comfortable. There are also lots of fun games to play with your kids or family, which was a huge bonus. The beachfront pool had the perfect water temperature and was one of the cleanest pools we've ever seen. The covered outdoor patio was lovely for relaxing and reading. The beach in front of the property features beautiful white sand and a rocky shoreline, which was stunning. My husband could snorkel right in front of the house. I highly recommend the restaurant/lounge area called Rum Point, which is only a 10-minute drive away and has a stunning sandy beach. I also suggest checking out Kaibo Beach Club, which is equally lovely. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would, because you won't find the same privacy or experience at a hotel. We visited George Town and Seven Mile Beach, both just a 40-minute drive away. Seven Mile Beach is lovely, but we loved being away from the crowds and enjoyed all the incredible privacy Rick's beachfront villa had to offer.”

CAYMAN BEAUTY

The house has a gorgeous ocean view and a nice pool but not a swimable beach. It has plenty of room for a large group and is nicely equipped for all of your needs. It is located away from the large crowds of seven mile beach but not a far drive to anywhere you may want to go. The owner and house manager were great to work with and provided any information that you may need for your stay. I actually give the house 31/2 stars but would give it 41/2 stars but the I feel the exterior of the house needs much more maintenance and improvements.”
