Description

Tulum Jungle Residence with Private Pool

Highlights:
• Immersive setting within the Tulum jungle

• Private terrace pool with sunset views

• Shared cenote, spa, and wellness amenities

Set within the jungle landscape of Tulum, this contemporary two-bedroom apartment pairs modern interiors with a private outdoor retreat. Tropical vegetation surrounds the residence, creating a sense of privacy and separation from Tulum’s busier urban and beachfront areas while keeping the destination’s dining, beaches, and cultural experiences within reach.

The open living and dining area provides comfortable space for gathering, with a dining table for six, a 75-inch Smart TV, and an integrated Sonos sound system. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, while an in-unit washer and dryer, steamer, iron, and ironing board add practical convenience for longer stays.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private full bathroom, generous storage, and a 58-inch Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a king bed, an additional single upper bunk, another 58-inch Smart TV, and a spacious closet. The flexible arrangement is well suited to couples, families, or a small group traveling together.

A private terrace extends the living space outdoors with a pool overlooking the surrounding greenery and sunset skies. Members also have access to ADORA’s shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and deck, natural cenote, spa, temazcal, and yoga tower. Bicycle rentals and select wellness services may require advance arrangements or additional fees.

This home is located within the jungle and is designed for travelers who appreciate nature, privacy, and a more organic environment rather than a conventional urban or resort-style experience. The natural setting is central to the stay, offering a closer connection to Tulum’s tropical surroundings, while 24-hour community security provides added reassurance.

Tulum

This apartment is in a complex that is still being built. It is a bit misrepresented in the description. The surrounding area is very poor, littered and dirty. The view from the villa is not attractive, as it is of a poor home, littered parking lot, and unbuilt villa with workers from sun up to sun down. The private pool is totally shaded and very cold. The owner of the villa made a big issue through his concierge about wanting me to pay for a cleaning fee, which I referred back to Thirdhome to handle. There was very little visible security presence and I did not feel particularly safe, as anyone could have walked up to the door. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again. It was just not well represented in the description and it was listed for rent on Air BnB for about $100 nightly. ”
