The 26.000 sqm park is available for strolling, sun bathing (four sunbeds available), playing, reading or eating outside. In the park there is a large brazier that can be used for large bonfires with pile of woods (a fee is due for the gardener to prepare the pile and for the wood).

The Villa is few minutes drive from the beautiful Renaissance city of Ferrara and it is only approx. one hour from Verona, Bologna, Venezia, Ravenna, Padova, Mantova and Florence. The beaches of the Adriatic Sea are only 25 minutes away.

The nearest airport is Bologna (only 30 minutes). A luxury shuttle (hosting 7) can be arranged upon request. It is possible to land in the Villa's 26.000 sqm park with helicopter. It is possible to rent a Cadillac Escalade or another city car.
