May 2025Old Town Penthouse
Lovely pied à terre in the industrial style in the middle of the old town in Barcelona. Very convenient as you can walk out of the door and the Barcelona restaurants are at the tip of your finger. We especially recommend the Japonese Escondido as well as Batuar at the Cotton House. Both are equally delicious. The town is a dream if you are interested in Catalonian modern Art or if you wish to see some of Picasso's blue period works. Just immerge into the town and enjoy! Thank you Kathrine for having us, we are a bit richer in experience.”

Cozy apartment in the heart of Barcelona, close to everything. A bit noisy during the nighttime. Agree with previous review that the owners should invest in pillows and the five flights are good exercise. The roof top terraces are wonderful on a sunny day. Thanks to the host for being very attentive to details. ”

I can’t rave about my stay in Barcelona enough. The penthouse was situated in an incredible location walking distance from the beach, the gothic district, the born district and more. There were a ton of amazing restaurants just seconds away, and the host was kind enough to give a list of great recommendations. The apartment offered a beautiful view of the marina through a rooftop deck and had everything we could have needed. However, note that the 5 story walk up is no joke. It is a little bit of a workout, but the apartment at the top is worth the effort. Highly recommend! ”
