In Villas Blue Superior, the swimming pool remains unfenced, making it unsuitable for children who are unable to swim. Nevertheless, the pool is equipped with an automatic articulated floating cover that, when closed, ensures complete coverage of the water, creating a safer environment for children. These villas, characterized by multiple floors and unique architecture with interconnected areas, may pose challenges and hazards for child supervision and mobility. For individuals with mobility impairment, Villas Blue Superior is recommended.

The villas do not feature air-conditioning, as they prioritize embracing pure air. The heating and cooling system adopts a passive and ecological approach, which may not provide instant results. Floor heating powered by aerothermal systems, extracting energy from outside air, is employed, and all houses are equipped with fireplaces/wood burners. For cooling purposes, guests are advised to open large windows to welcome the sea breeze or utilize fans.

At Areias do Seixo Hotel, the main building housing bedrooms, restaurant, spa, and outdoor swimming pool is exclusively designed for individuals aged 16 and above. However, children are permitted in the reception, lobby, bar, and terrace areas between noon and 6 pm.
