The condo boasts a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, a refrigerator featuring an ice maker, and filtered drinkable water. Guests can savor the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout the entire space and indulge in their favorite shows on Netflix. The outside deck beckons with two comfortable chaise lounges and two hammock swings, providing the perfect vantage point to soak in the beauty from sunrise to sunset.

The primary bedroom is a sanctuary featuring a king-size bed, a 50-inch smart TV, a dresser, and a full bath with an amazing shower and modern finishes. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a 50-inch smart TV, a closet, and a dresser. The living area is a cozy retreat with a large sectional couch and a 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen features a spacious island that seats six and is equipped with all the luxurious amenities one would expect. A full second bath, conveniently located in the hallway, serves both bedrooms. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer, and air conditioning is provided throughout.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit, except for the owner's closet. The central location places the unit next to the pool in Phase 1 and close to a bar and restaurant. On-site amenities include three stunning pools, two restaurants, and one bar, with an additional bar opening soon. For those seeking relaxation, a spa on-site offers various massages, facials, and mani/pedi services.

Blu Zen takes care of every detail, offering kayaks and bikes for free through the office. The Mercado serves snacks and treats for quick indulgences, and there's a gym overlooking the luxury pool and ocean, available for a small fee.
