- Please respect the firm check-in/check-out schedule:
Check in: After 4:00pm
Check out: By 10am
- No Pets Allowed. Guests arriving with pets will not be permitted to check in.
- Upon request, Tonopalo staff will convert the twin beds into a king bed.
Additional Fees
Community Access Fee of $1250 per week to be paid to Tonopalo 21 days prior to check-in.
This charge covers the numerous amenities including housekeeping services, on-site concierge, fitness center, pool/hot tub, wireless internet, washer/dryer in home, various events throughout the week, free parking (one assigned space), robes, beach towels, and flotilla vessels in the summer (paddle boards, kayaks, and a buoy boat).

- A balloon ride with Lake Tahoe Balloons offers breath-taking views of Lake Tahoe from 10,000 feet above sea level and is one of the few ways to see the lake in its entirety.

- The Soule Domain, Lanza’s, Old Range Steakhouse, and River Grill are some of the great restaurants in the area. Garwoods and Jake’s offer lakefront dining.
