December 2025Quiet and beautiful
We enjoyed our stay spending time on the wonderful outside deck. It was a great stay. The home is clean and owner communicated well with any questions and household instructions. I would stay there again.”

November 2024Peaceful and colorful week near Yosemite
This modest, yet accommodating home is comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Deer and wild turkeys visit the creek running in the backyard. It is located about 4 miles from the small and historic town of Groveland. The hoghway (CA120) takes you right into the Yosemite National Park north entrance. Tioga Pass road is just before heading into the village. Very convenient. This house can sleep 4 to 6 people in the basement where there is a pool table and lots of games. If its warm outside, the large decks add a lot of social space and maximizes the ability to house large groups. In the winter, it would be cozy. The owner was communicating often and gave us ideas to enjoy the area. Overall, a good place for the two of us to settle for the week and enjoy the quiet.”

October 2024Great stay!
Host was very attentive and communicated well. The property was well kept and well stocked. Great proximity to Yosemite and very scenic drive to get there. We had deer in the backyard every morning. Great stay!”
