December 2025Beautiful Large Mountain Home
Beautiful well maintained property with room for a large family get together. Ryan the owner was very receptive to questions and would respond to a text right away. We appreciated a stocked pantry and refrigerator with basic essentials such as spices, flour, sugar, oils coffee, laundry soap etc. My grandchildren loved the gym on the property. We enjoyed the hot tub after each day on the ski slopes. We were there early winter so took advantage of Lost Trail Ski Resort 65 minutes from Hamilton. It was a beautiful drive to the ski resort through the Bitterroot Mountains. We were blessed each morning on our way to the resort to see a large herd of elk. It was worth the drive to see the amazing elk each morning. On the property we would see a family of deer every day at sunrise and at dusk. It would be fun place to visit in the summer! Thank you Ryan & Stephanie”

October 2024Incredible Home with tons of room and activities!
This house was fabulous! The hosts were great to communicate with and were very thorough with information and instructions. Our party of 16 had so much room to spread out and relax while we enjoyed a week in this beautiful area of Hamilton, Montana. We hiked (lots of great trails nearby), played sand volleyball, used the hot tub and fire pit, played yard games, ping pong and pool, cooked, enjoyed the theater room and best of all was the full sized gym. We played basketball, dodgeball, pickleball all while we were able to play music on a huge speaker. The kids had a ball! (The private lake/pond was a little low since it was October, but would be great during the summer months with kayaks and a great looking rope swing.) Very well stocked kitchen, high end coffee station, 2 sets of washer/dryers and everything we could think of to make this a great weekend for all ages. Definitely a place we would love to return to! ”

September 2024LUXURIOUS MOUNTAIN RETREAT
We were so blessed to be able to stay in the beautiful Bitterroot mountain and river area. Phenomenal is the word to describe the accommodations, the hosts and the area! The magnificent mountain home was perfect for a reunion of lifelong friends. Conversations on the deck overlooking the mountains were enjoyed throughout the day and evening. The well appointed gourmet kitchen and Traeger grill was a delight for all the cooks in our group. The pantry and fridge were stocked with basics, which made shopping simple. And the multiple coffee prep options were well enjoyed. Bitterroot river fly fishing and hiking were wonderful. The beautiful full court gymnasium was used for yoga classes and workouts. And the movie room was enjoyed most evenings. Grano, a newly opened Italian eatery, provided amazing homemade pasta, pizzas. Delicious and fun.! A big thank you to our hosts, Stephanie and Ryan, whose attention to detail made our trip especially wonderful!”
