Best Time Ever!

We stayed at The Salt Unit during the off-season, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. St. John is home to Trunk Bay — rated the number one island beach in the world — and it’s just a short taxi ride away from the property. The unit itself is comfortable, beautifully appointed, and set on gorgeous grounds. The location is fantastic — just down the hill from the shops, restaurants, and vibrant bustle of town. Speaking of the hill, it’s definitely steep, so if you’re not in shape when you arrive, you just might be by the end of your trip! Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The only quirky detail was having the bed near the front door, but honestly, the comfort and charm of the unit quickly made us forget all about it. From the peaceful setting to the unbeatable proximity to both town and Trunk Bay, we had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return.”

Lovely property in a great in town location

The space is lovely. It even has a bit of a view from the balcony. Check in was easy and the suite was very comfortable. It was a walk up hill but completely manageable. I would probably take a taxi up with your luggage but we had no issue walking down to the ferry with out bags. Walking into town with so many restaurants. We had friends staying at the Grande Bay just down the hill so it was really perfect. Well decorated with everything you need. ”
