George Town Gem is a Diamond!

The location of this property is stellar! The decor is out of a magazine! And the owners were over the top helpful during our stay. We were here during the week of the July 4th celebration of America 250! It was absolutely the perfect place to stay. Georgetown was literally steps away and every where else was a 10 -15min uber ride. It was such an outstanding stay!! I highly recommend!”

Exceptional home and location!

We had a perfect week in Washington thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of our hosts at their Georgetown Gem. The photographs show what a beautiful home this is, and it was a wonderful place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. It is so comfortable – the bed, the shower, the comfy seating in the living room and on their deck. And the location is fantastic, an easy stroll to coffee shops, restaurants and stores on M Street. We were one block to Georgetown Riverfront Park which is a beautiful spot to stroll and see the activities on the Potomac. Our hosts were great communicators and shared suggestions for some wonderful restaurants just a short walk from their home. We can’t imagine a better place to stay in DC. This place in Georgetown is the best location for accessing all that Georgetown and Washington DC has to offer. The place is amazingly decorated with every amenity within a 5 minute walk. The hospitality upon arrival was great, and our vacation here has been truly breathtaking. We would definitely come here again and again to enjoy the nations capital and epicenter of American culture and history!!”

Convenience and Luxury on the Canal in Georgetown

This impeccable, tastefully furnished unit has many conveniences. It also comes with two parking spaces, which is critical for Georgetown stays. The owners were so kind, responsive, and courteous; it really did feel like a third home. Having a front desk attendant was also a huge benefit. We will be back if they'll have us!!”

We visit DC often and this was the first time we had the pleasure of staying at the Georgetown Gem. It was an exceptional stay. The property looks exactly like the images - If not better in person. It’s beautifully appointed: elegant, but approachable. The location is outstanding, literally giving you the ability to walk out the door and right into the hub of Georgetown.
