LOCATION:

Las Palmas 15 is located at Cap Cana Resort, approx. 0.3 miles from the golf clubhouse of the world-famous Punta Espada golf course. Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean including Juanillo Beach and Api Beach Club at the marina.

Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean – Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine. The property is conveniently located approx. 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at Las Palmas 15.

If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

To get around inside Cap Cana resort, the villa rental includes a golf touring cart.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 15 is a brand new 4-bedroom contemporary villa (built in 2022-2023) in 2 levels with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has outdoor ceiling fans on the main terrace.

When you come into the villa, the space welcomes you with double-height ceilings, and a beautiful, open living space. Downstairs, you’ll find 2 of the bedrooms, including the primary suite, the kitchen, living room with 86-inch TV and Sonos speakers, dining area, and guest/half bathroom.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. We recommend hiring a private chef ($) to cook all your meals during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

The interior of the villa has a clean and modern feel. The decor is kept in a contemporary, minimalist style with simple decor, furniture in light and neutral colors combined with a few touches of bright colors and charm. This villa is a place where you’ll feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with a covered terrace, which spans the width of the villa, and private pool area. This space is covered by a large custom-built screen (a Florida-style screen) which keeps the mosquitoes and bugs outside! The backyard is a lush, tropical landscape with large trees to give you maximum privacy – this is your oasis! The large terrace is a comfortable space with outdoor BBQ area, dining area, TV lounge with 86-inch TV, Sonos speakers, and pool table. Whenever you need to cool off, you can step into the pool or Jacuzzi directly from the terrace.

NB: The villa also has a garage, which is not accessible or available during the rental.

THE BEDROOMS:

The primary bedroom is located downstairs. This is a large suite with a king bed, air-conditioning, TV, plenty of closet space, and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanities and double showers. From the primary bedroom, you have direct access to the main terrace and pool area. NB: There is a walk-in closet, which is not accessible or available during the rental.

The 2nd bedroom is located downstairs and comes with a king bed, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. From this bedroom, you have direct access to a small, private terrace facing towards the front of the villa and the street.

The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and comes with 2 twin beds, which can be combined into a king bed with a comfortable top-mattress. The bedroom has air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. From this bedroom, you have direct access to a large balcony facing towards the front of the villa and the street.

The 4th bedroom is located upstairs and comes with 2 twin beds, which can be combined into a king bed with a comfortable top-mattress. The bedroom has air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. From this bedroom, you have direct access to the large “roof-top-style” balcony facing the back of the villa.
