Amenities include:
WaterColor is home to 9 community pools, including the three at the Beach Club and three at Camp WaterColor (one being a lazy river) and private beach access with towel service. WaterColor also has five clay tennis courts, two pickle ball courts, a bocce ball court, a half basketball court, soccer field and playground. It has five miles of hiking/biking trails, as well as four piers and a dock on Western Lake, five park areas, an outdoor amphitheater and gardens. The WaterColor Tennis Center is owned by the Association and operated by MatchPoint Resorts. The BoatHouse is owned by The St. Joe Company which has a tenant, BoatHouse Paddle Club, who operates the facility.
