Beautiful Villa in Cabo San Lucas

Our Monte Cristo Villa was in the phase 2 development positioned lower on the mountain than Unit 12. Fortunately all of the Monte Cristo Villas offer stunning ocean views. The Villas are beautifully designed and very well built. I really enjoyed getting to know our Host Dennis…A true gentleman and a joy to work with. Our Concierge, Karen was so helpful, professional and attentive to our every need. We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were resolved within the hour. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the shuttle service as they would typically arrive within 5 min of our call. Our housekeeper MariCruz was over the top! We’ve never stayed anywhere that was kept so neat and clean! We enjoyed the small private pool and Hottub much more than we expected. Thank you Dennis for sharing your vacation home with us! Cabo is back enjoy

Montecristo Estates are as high as you can get on the mountain at the extended Pueblo Bonito Complex and the views are some of the best in Cabo. They go on forever!! We were given a different unit at check-in and in the future, I would ask for unit 12 They are expansive units with one bedroom (master upstairs) and two bedrooms down. Two separate patios made for quiet and social distanced relaxing. Upstairs had a Spa and downstairs patio that a plunge pool that was the perfect temperature and depth. We avoided the crowded hotel pools if you go there have your private concierge book a private cabana. We have one of the two Rauls and he checked in everyday to see what we needed Cabo is very fastidious about hand sanitizer and masks and even has these sanitizer boxes you must go through in some restaurants and hotels. (and temperature taking everywhere even the grocery store) Felt very safe. Restaurants in town are much better than those on the property so avoid the all-inclusive. food deals. The market though is not a store but a food court including coffee and ice cream and lovely. If you forgot to bring coffee for your unit you can buy it there. Golf at the new Quivera golf course is amazing and some of the most interesting holes ever. There is lots of construction going on there but still, the busiest golf course in Cabo so book your tee times directly with the pro shop.. don't wait until you get to Cabo. But you must play this course. ”

This unit was a phase 2 lower level 3 BD home with a 1 BD poolside studio casita. Loved the large pool & built in hot tub, fire pit. A beautiful home & relaxing vacation with attentive staff. Enjoyed wonderful meals at Cibola & the Clubhouse. Thanks for a great vacation! Cathryn ”

This was the perfect villa for our family. The owner was very helpful in planning for our stay, we had never been in Cabo before. He was spot-on with his recommendations, and the place could not have been nicer. The view of the Pacific was extraordinary, and many days we just hung around the pool at the villa. The property has also been freshly renovated with all new furniture, new Jacuzzi spa, new electronics and great A/C. The staff here is fantastic and available around the clock to support your needs, both for helping with activities and for any maintenance requests with the estate. Montecristo is located within the massive and privately secured Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort so you have access to all the amenities located on their four hotel properties in Cabo. Although you are only a few minutes from downtown, you are also located within Pueblo Bonito's secluded 3.1 mile beachfront property. The owner of unit 12, Dennis Schipper, was extremely helpful in our trip planning and stayed in touch with us and the resort to ensure that our stay was as good as possible.
