Beachfront 2-Bedrooom with Stunning Ocean Views

Casita Manglar is a beautiful condo with inviting pool and hot tub overlooking the white sands of Puerto Morelos and the amazing Caribbean ocean. The crystal clear water showcases the Mesoamerican reef running along the coast. You can watch the waves break over the reef and cruise ships pass by from inside the condo or relaxing on the large (441 sq ft , 41 sq mt) private outdoor terrace and shared pool area. Casita Manglar is a ground level unit, part of Las Casitas Condominiums, a boutique 9 unit complex.

The town square is a short half mile walk from the condo. You can walk street side or stroll down the beach to get to town and the square in less than 10 minutes. Both street and beach side have restaurants. In the square you will find many other restaurants along with clothing/souvenir/jewelry shops, a high end grocery store and many pharmacies.

The living/dining and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC’s. There are large TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom with streaming TV. Free high speed WiFi offered through two independent providers to ensure reliability. The smart TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom are equipped with Amazon FireTV and a VPN. Watch Netflix or or login to your choice of streaming providers.

Casita Manglar offers an open kitchen , dining and living that have floor to ceiling windows with doors that open to the private patio and pool area. The view of the pool, ocean and reef are mesmerizing from both in and out of the condo. There are tile floors throughout and approximately 10 foot ceiling height. This spacious condo is well equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay.

The condo offer two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a US size King bed. The primary bed has a large en suite bath with a walk-in in shower, floor to ceiling windows with a door leading to the patio and ample closet space. The second bedroom has plenty of storage and a bath open to both the bedroom and hall.

The recently upgraded kitchen is well appointed with dining and bar ware for both indoor and outdoor use. There is an assortment of pots and pans for cooking along with serving dishes. Glass is not allowed in the pool or beach areas so there is plenty of reusable metal and plastic ware. A hot and cold water dispenser is available and purified water is provided. The entire complex uses filtered water. Casita Manglar has an additional filter providing potable water in the kitchen and to the ice maker. You will also find a five burner gas range, 2 full size refrigerators, wine refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

The large patio has an inviting sofa with comfy chairs perfect for relaxing with a book or taking a nap. There is also a wooden table with four chairs for meals or a game of cards or dominoes. No matter where you sit you can stare at the Caribbean and reef.

Guest access:
Guest will have access to the entire unit, other than the owner’s closet and pantry. They will have use of the pool, hot tub, private and cleaned beach, plus beach chairs.
