Great location

Gopal was a great host very responsive and flexible. The location of this condo was great right on the Gulf beach. On the 3rd floor there is a pool and jacuzzi and free coffee from the lavazza machine. There are 5 star restaurants on the avenue so we enjoyed going out. Weather in November was mixed. Some days were in 40s a few days were 75. One should note that the Sandperl Residences are completely separate from the Sandperl hotel. Loved getting to know Clearwater. ”

Wide white sandy beaches

Our stay in Clearwater was excellent. The condo was appointed nicely and super clean. The views from the 14th story were spectacular from the back and front. There were many excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We walked to the marina one day and went out for a half day fishing trip and caught King Mackeral. The owner, Gopal, was attentive and responsive and showed us around. The pool and hot tub were also a big hit. We watched the sunset every night from the beach and we will be back soon !! ”

Clearwater Beach. Perfect location.

This condo was amazing. Right in the middle of everything on Clearwater Beach offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the inshore waterways. Walk to many restaurants and bars or enjoy the quiet pool area. Highly recommend this place! Clearwater has been rated the best beach in America so check this one out!”

Great Florida Condo

Gopal has a lovely condo with fantastic views of the water all around. Being a high rise condo it's not private or secluded and the surrounding area is rather built up but if you are looking for a great condo right on the beach with very nearby shops, restaurants etc, this is perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, completely clean, has great views and the building's staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern and we made particular use of the swimming pool which overlooks the sea and is extremely accessible which was important for my father who uses a walker and had not been in the water for five years! Gopal was an excellent host being very laid back and friendly yet immediately responsive to any requests we had. I'd be more than happy for any potential future guests to contact me for further insights and also local restaurant recommendations. ”

Gorgeous property

We enjoyed our spring vacation in this gorgeous property. The unit is spacious and sleekly decorated. It is in one of the nicest and tallest buildings in Clearwater beach, instantly recognizable from a distance. We can step right out to the beach and restaurants. With guest parking on the ground floor and quiet pool area on the third, everything is convenient. The owner is attentive and I like the personal touch in the hand written notes. ”

A perfect week on the beach...

The amenities in the building, unit and pool deck are beautiful. There are amazing views from the 14th floor of the ocean and bay with spectacular sunsets! The owner, Gopal, was extremely attentive to all of our needs and a pleasure to work with. Once we arrived there was no need to ever get into a car again with many great restaurants within a short walk and we managed to visit Disney for a day as its only a 90 minute drive from Clearwater Beach! ”

Great stay in fabulous digs at Sand Pearl right on Clearwater Beach!

The Sand Pearl residences and unit were fantastic. The unit has excellent decor and is very clean. The owner was very considerate and helpful. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be on a very nice beach. It was Spring Break time but the beaches were not too crowded or crazy and it was very quiet in the unit. There are many very nice places to dine within walking distance. This is a nice addition to the 3rdHome portfolio and for anyone wanting R&R on the beach. Thanks for letting us stay there!”

Breathtaking Property

Our expectations were fairly high for this property due to the lovely photos, but still we were taken aback upon arriving...it is simply gorgeous. The views and location are stunning enough, but it is clear that the owner has put a lot into the furnishing of this unit, with amazing pieces of art and 1st class furniture and appliances. The bedroom and the kitchen open to an outside terrace from which it is fun to monitor the beach activity below. Many restaurants and activities nearby, and the underground parking is also a plus. Would definitely return!”
