Great for a group

Stephane’s home was spotlessly clean and easily accommodated our group of 5 couples. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and jacuzzi area and the pool house were also lovely and spacious- the kitchen in particular was amazing and made cooking dinners at home such a joy. Soisy sur seine is a lovely quiet town however getting to and from the home from Paris and the airport took longer than we expected. Getting into Paris via train took around 90 minutes (shorter if you could drive to the station) and you must carefully time any drives to avoid traffic. Other than that, once you’re at the house, it’s a beautiful home that we really enjoyed!”

Paradise outside Paris

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. Perfect hosts, perfect grounds, perfect home. The private park is lovely and the setting on the river divine. The property seamlessly unites traditional and contemporary elements. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool as well as evenings on the terrace. Close enough to Paris to make 3 excursions into the city in a week. Would return in a heartbeat. ”

Great Place!

We had a great stay in Soisy-sur-Seine thanks to the gracious hosting of Stephane and Ann-Sophie. Their home and property are beautifully situated near the river allowing leisurely walks along the river and into a very quaint town. Serenity on the Seine

A special and unique property . The fusion of 19th century architectural tradition and contemporary restoration throughout is a perfect blend , providing ultimate comfort and an opportunity to recline into your surroundings .As previous reviewers have mentioned its location enables you to visit many places of interest. The highlights for us were in our immediate surroundings ,Walking around the property ,connecting with the trees and garden, walks along the river, daily visits to the local village , shopping for local fresh products at the Draveil market. Thanks to Stephane the owner for his communication leading up and during our visit . The caretaker Vitor is on site and of great assistance. Loved the peace of the place. ”

So wonderful

This house is so wonderful I almost want to leave a bad review so as not to let everyone in on the secret! The mansion is beautifully decorated, welcoming, comfortable and everything is designed around enjoying family time together (pool toys, ping pong, cinema room, video games, bikes - you name it, they have it here). The setting is just gorgeous on the banks of the Seine, with beautiful views, and next to extensive sports facilities (tennis courts, football pitches etc) - it's so calm and peaceful. The hosts Anne-Sophie and Stephane are very kind and helpful, and Vitor the caretaker is available to answer any questions during your stay. Paris is a short train ride away and flying into Paris Orly is so convenient for driving to the house. ”

Absolutely perfect!!!

We had the most wonderful week here. From start to finish it has been absolutely perfect!! Owners Stephane and Anne-Sophie were incredibly friendly and helpful with their communications prior to the stay, and once we arrived we couldn't have hoped to find a better property. Of course as you can see from the photos, it's a stunningly beautiful property and decorated exquisitely. However beyond this and just as important, everything has been well thought out to provide family entertainments - from the bikes available in the garden to the ping pong table, wii sports, cinema room, entertaining and dining spaces, outdoor furniture, pool toys, wifi throughout, lots of kitchen equipment - absolutely everything has been thought of to make this both a comfortable and fun place to stay. We didn't want to leave!!!”

Spacious Mansion

I had the privilege of staying at this property for a week. it is nothing short of spectacular. right on the Seine river, about 40 km south of downtown Paris, it is in a very quiet sleepy town on a large acreage surrounded by a stone wall for privacy. swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and large Bath house/ were wonderful the Owners are very personable and helpful and we truly enjoyed the experience. although it is 5 bedrooms, it might be a little crowded for 10 people or even 5 couples at night because of the 3 bathrooms, but the castle is 3 stories and there is plenty of room to spread out during the day”

Such a Fabulous Home!! Stephane is such a caring Host!!!

Cudos to our Host, Stephane...our hero!!! Stephane worked very diligently to prepare the house for our visit after heavy rains caused the Seine to overflow its banks and flooded the grounds of the property. Stephane is a great communicator...he keep us informed of developments leading up to the day of our arrival. The house is lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Stephane's Dad (ex Concord Pilot) and friend Denise stopped by to help us acclimate to the area and the property. They were all so very kind and caring. Paris....we recommend parking at the metro stop called Place D'Orleans, and taking the train into Paris. For us, having lived in Paris previously, it was fairly easy to get around from there. We highly recommend the Big Bus Tour around Paris.....it was very informative. A week was not enough time to see it all....even for us.”

Antique mansion with chic modern design.

We spending a week at this magnificent antique property with chic modern design, perfect restoration. This Mansion is pretty incredible and absolutely better than the pictures. We can not say enough about it. The house is in front of Sena river water . The property is very well landscaped and feels very private. The pool lounging shelf was amazing. The kitchen is built for a chef but totally workable for the lay cook. There is an awesome home theater with a library of movies to watch. There is also a Caretaker and a housekeeper on site so if you have questions or need something, they are quickly answered! The house is located at Soissy sur Seine, quiet and charming town, about 40 minutes south of Paris. We braved the traffic (needs GPS!) and were able to run into Paris for sightseeing without issue. Just as there are 7 Stars Hotels, there should be an extraordinary score 7 Stars to rate Mansions like this. What a wonderful stay

This estate is pretty incredible and better than the pictures. The kitchen is built for a chef but totally workable for the lay cook. There is an awesome air conditioned theater attached to the back of the home with a library of movies to watch. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Pool house is beautiful and the pool was a welcome break after a long day of sight seeing. The large grounds are fenced in so you have plenty of room to stretch out and if you have children, they get all their wiggles out. There is also a property manager on site so if you have questions they are quickly answered! The house is located about 40 minutes south of Paris. We braved the traffic (get a GPS!) and were able to run into Paris for sightseeing without issue. We also went to Fontainebleau and Versailles also each about a 45 minute drive. The town is quaint and charming with handy markets and a few restaurants. We want to go back!”
