August 2025Wonderful Stay!
Many thanks to the fabulous owner who made this stay exceptional!! He is so hospitable! He stayed in touch and made sure that we found a driver to bring us from the airport and informed us about how to book the ferry. He was always available if we needed a little assistance and helped us join his two beautiful clubs which I would highly recommend. We had some great meals at both clubs and enjoyed the pool and beach service at the Beach Club. The house is large and comfortable. The art was a treat. So beautiful. It is equipped with everything you might need. We did not cook, but everything was there for preparing great food. It is a beautiful, warm, and inviting house and we hope to visit again. Go if you can. You won't be disappointed.!! Five stars!!! ”

July 2025Heaven on Earth – Highly Recommend!
This home was everything we could have imagined and more. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise was unforgettable. The home was clean, well-maintained, and better than described. The interior had a cozy, coastal vibe with thoughtful touches throughout—plenty of fresh towels, beach chairs, and other outdoor games. Check-in and communication with Sammy was smooth and easy. He was responsive and helpful, making sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. We honestly could not have asked for a better week away! Sammy's home is absolutely perfect in every way. ”

April 20255 stars isn't enough
Truly one of the most beautiful and well done single family homes I've ever seen. Location on BHI is convenient to shops and restaurants, the beach felt like it was private, and the home itself was literally out of a magazine (the builder had it in the featured ad in a magazine). The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our family and friends had an amazing time. I hope we are able to go back in the future. I can't recommend this property enough.”
