Lacking in service

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience. We use Thirdhome a lot and never have an issue. To keep it short, this unit is managed by a third party on behalf of the owner and does not do a good job responding promptly. We did reach out to the contact prior to arrival and didn't receive any response. We were not necessarily alarmed, however, as we had assumed there would be a check-in process onsite. Despite many frantic phone calls the initial night, the manager did not respond. We ended up staying at a hotel the initial night. From there, the experience continued to be negative due to slow or non-existent response from the property manager. Little things like knowing the location of additional paper towels ended up being big problems due to response time. Beyond that, expect to bring your own supplies and toiletries. Bring your own beach chairs as the unit only has one. We did not feel this property lived up to the standards of other luxury properties we have stayed at via Thirdhome. This felt more like a basic Airbnb. ”

Very relaxing stay.

If you are looking for a very relaxed beach escape, this is your place. The complex sits right on the intracoastal waterway which allows you to sit and watch sailboats and super yachts go by or get out on the crystal clear water for some paddle boarding and snorkeling. A private beach is right across the street. The condo was just recently remodeled in a beach chic theme and had all the comforts of home.”
