There is a mandatory Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee of $25.00 per day. This fee will be charged to your folio for every occupied evening and will be payable upon check-out.

A resort fee for use of non-motorized sports, tennis, etc. is $62 per day; however, there are packages available – 3-day (days can be split up) $165, 5-day (days can be split up) $290, 7-day $406

Special Note* Currently, the tennis courts are closed though the Club still has an optional fee for use of the non-motorized water sports equipment. The cost is $35 for 1 day, $65 for 2 days, or $165 for a week and it covers everyone staying in the residence.

Fantastic apartment floorplan with access to all Ritz property amenities and concierge services. Two very large bedrooms with a full kitchen and living room plus housekeeping service was a great arrangement for us. We had an excellent family vacation here!”
