There is 1 dedicated spot directly in front of the house next to the carport. There is street parking as well but it can be tight so 1 car is recommended.

Heat & AC:
The thermostat is located on the wall next to the kitchen on the way to the upstairs bedroom.
Toggle between heat, ac and off by hitting the mode button. Set the temperature with the + and - buttons, We recommend leaving the fan as 'auto.'

Hot Tub & Dipping Pool:
To turn on the hot tub open the 'Pentair Home' app on the iphone located in the kitchen. Under the Spa section, hit the power icon and set to the desired temperature.
