As you step through the front door, you are greeted by an inviting ambiance characterized by white shiplap walls, rich dark hardwood floors, and vibrant pops of color. The spacious living room features a large comfortable sofa, two cozy chairs, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and direct access to the back deck. The adjoining dining area offers a table with seating for six and additional access to the pool area, perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining. The open kitchen is a chef's delight, showcasing granite countertops and backsplash, white cabinetry, a large island with bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy sitting area with two chairs.

The first-floor master suite is a tranquil haven, featuring a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, side chair, and deck access. Its modern en-suite bathroom boasts a vanity with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms: one with two twin beds and another with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both rooms are equipped with mounted flat-screen TVs and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Ascend the colorful stairs to reach the fourth bedroom, which offers a king-sized bed, twin bunk Murphy beds, a mounted flat-screen TV, access to an open-air deck overlooking the pool area and golf course, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The outdoor space is a highlight of the home, featuring a back deck with stunning views of Cougar Point Golf Course and a private, heated pool. The expansive deck provides ample space for relaxation, grilling, and al fresco dining at a table for six.

The home is equipped with modern conveniences, including a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. Guests can enjoy a generous $300 credit towards beach gear rentals, allowing them to choose from bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. Please note, e-bikes are prohibited on Kiawah.

For those cooler months, the pool can be heated for $75 per day, taking 24-48 hours to reach an optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. However, during the colder months from November to March, when the air temperature drops below 55 degrees, pool heating may not be feasible.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, take advantage of the myriad of activities available.
