House Rules
*Best way to get there for a "first timer" is a ride/transport service. The airport is in the middle of the city. Once on the main highway the route is very straight forward. We have the name of a good company that provides the service.
*The property is not in a resort, it is private and 5 acres of the home is walled and private.
No pets please
LaTorre grocery store is about a mile from the house. LaTorre is the premier grocery store chain in Guate and is on a US scale of quality. Until then the closest La Torre is about 15 to 20 minutes away by car.
*The property is on the beach which is volcanic sand and walkable, but strong surf makes the water not suitable for swimming

February 2026The pictures don't do it justice!!
What an amazing property!! We had just a fantastic time in Guatemala. It's a bit of a trek to get there from Guatemala City, but we arranged a ride with Daniel and it all worked out. His staff is amazing and we ate such great local food prepared by them each day. Weather was perfect everyday. We spent so much time in the pool and playing pickleball. We also were able to rent some ATV four wheelers and drove around the black sand beach. So relaxing there and such perfect family time. We really didn't leave the property for 5 days, so don't have much feedback about the surrounding areas, but we didn't really need to leave the property. I don't know if we'll be lucky enough to go back, but we would for sure!!”

January 2026Paradise in Central America on the Ocean
Everthing about this estate is flawless. The home is recently remodeled and updated, you get an idea what to expect with the huge front door, and across the foyer are floor to ceiling windows to let you know what to expect on the grounds. The design is exquisite, the home is built up several feet so the view and steps to the pool are enhanced. The photos of the pool are only the tip of the iceberg, there are several different depths, waterfalls, and the landscaping is all maintained immaculately. The property is huge, the ocean is at the foot of it. Its a healthy walk in the black sand which will get hot after 10 am. The surf is quite robust at this location, lounging in the pool is easier. The staff is neatly attired and professional, eager to help with any need you may have. A modern supermarket is a short distance from the compound, it has liquor and everything else you may need. If you have a chance to book this, do so immediately. ”

February 2025Your own private resort on the beach
Amazing stay in Guatemala, the house was incredible with astounding grounds & a 5-star resort level private swimming pool. Beachfront location was amazing enabling walks along the pacific on the beautiful black volcanic sand and rarely more than a dozen people on over 1 mile stretch of beach. Daniel, the owner was really helpful. Look forward to coming back again.”
