This completely remodeled custom island 3 bedroom 2 bath 1500 sq ft. pet friendly home was just completed in 2019!
It is just a short 5 min walk to the beach and is centrally located on Anna Maria Island in the city of Holmes Beach on a relaxing super friendly residential street!
While the inside of the home is pristine, gorgeous, and beautifully decorated, the real feature of this home is the outdoor oasis! It is privately and lushly landscaped surrounded by beautiful palms, birds of paradise, a large coconut palm and tropical plants. It features a 6' privacy fence and offers a covered hut, fire-pit (for smores!), granite gas grill area, a heated saltwater pool and the pool gets tons of sunshine exposure during the day!
The inside of the home has a spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen. The dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen island seats 2. There is also a breakfast nook area that seats 8. The kitchen is decked out with gorgeous counter-tops, wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances including oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The cupboards are fully stocked to every chef's desire; perfect for making a meal at home and the refrigerator also has an ice maker in the freezer. The living room has a large screen TV, comfortable seating and the home is equipped with cable television, wifi, and phone.
On the ground level floor there is a 1 car garage with additional space for 2 cars in driveway and bonus room with air hockey and foosball table which has French doors that open up to the private patio and separate pool area.
The home comes with all the linens and towels you will need for your stay including a ton of beach gear... chairs, umbrella, carts, beach towels, toys, etc! This home is in a perfect location by being centrally located on the island and short walk to the beach!
We've done our best to make sure your home has everything. You will find first class linens, bedding, cooking equipment, toys, hairdryers, etc. We also provide paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), trash bags, dish-washing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. Your kitchen has a selection of spices and condiments. There are games (Monopoly, Scattergories, playing cards, etc.). It's also helpful to know that the public library is less than a mile south of us with books, videos, periodicals and public computers. Finally, the garage has beach toys, buckets, shovels, mats, chairs, umbrellas and coolers.
You must notify us to add dog(s) to the reservation.
Parking Notes: You may park one (1) car in the garage and two in the driveway.
Guest Entry Instructions: This home utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
There is even a 20 bottle wine fridge to keep all of your reds and whites at the perfect temperature.

Wonderful house and beautiful landscaping. Much attention paid to every detail. The house has absolutely everything you could wish for, better stocked than most residential homes I've visited. While our stay at this comfortable home was not under the best of circumstances (a family medical emergency) it proved to be a welcome refuge. First, our thanks to both 3rd Home and our host, Mike, for working with us on such short notice to secure our stay. It’s location, close to downtown Palm Springs, the airport and the main highway provided a perfect home base to traverse the desert valley. After long days spent with doctors and hospital visits it was wonderful to return “home.” This villa is comfortably furnished and does not skimp on the amenities that make the difference between an inviting home and an ordinary rental property. The kitchen is well stocked, easy to work in and we enjoyed staying put for our dinners and evenings. We took advantage of the gas grill and the great weather, frequently dining “al fresco” under the trellis-covered patio table. The master suite is nicely done…the king bed is comfortable and the bathroom well stocked with toiletries, towels and a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. The oversized walk in closet was an added bonus. We appreciated the Wi-Fi extended throughout the home and the open floor plan, allowing us to watch TV while preparing dinner or working at the dining room table. The instruction notebook addressed all the home’s systems and was informative and helpful. During our stay we had no issues with the electronics and noted this home was well maintained with regular visits from the pool and landscaping service providers. This home provides a welcome and comfortable alternative to a stay at one of the many hotels or large resorts in the desert. Again, a special thank you to Mike for opening up and welcoming us to his home under such short notice. It made a difficult time in our lives more manageable and definitely more comfortable.
