March 2026Nice hotel room and great location
Coordination with the owner was excellent. Hotel staff on site were great. The hotel room includes 1 king bed and a pull out couch in the living area. There is a sink and refrigerator. Breakfast is served daily (free) starting at 7am. It is busy as the entire hotel (9 floors) heads down over ~2-3 hours. There is an evening reception (snacks and drinks) from 5-7p that is also complimentary. The District hotel rooms represent the top 2 floors of an Embassy Suites Hotel, but it really all blends together. Since the owner didn't purchase this timeshare at the DC location, there was no access to the members' lounge on the 8th floor. This wasn't advertised in the description, so no big deal, but access would have made this seem slightly beyond a regular hotel room. If you are looking for a clean, simple hotel room that sleeps 2-3 people in a great location, this is a very nice choice. The shower is great, hot water all the time and excellent pressure. Thanks, Mike/Ellen.”

November 2024Great Neighborhood
The property is an Embassy Suite with all the amenities; free breakfast, happy hour and a nice one bedroom suite with a spacious outer room. The location in west Washington, a short walk to the Georgetown as well as the metro, is ideal. Parking in the area is expensive so one may wish to leave the car behind and travel into DC by train or plane. Overall, highly recommend this for a DC stay.”
