June 2025Ultimate Nature retreat
Words cannot express what a wonderful week we had at this stunning property. Our hosts were extremely generous, taking time to greet us upon arrival and offering a welcome gift along with a garden fresh floral bouquet. This is an amazing home, and we were honored that the owners opened it to Third Home members, allowing us to experience their unique slice of heaven. The open floor plan was spacious and the panoramic windows offered a fantastic connection to the outdoors. The entire home was built to a very high quality standard and designed for comfort, with a wonderful theater room, incredibly comfortable beds, and a gigantic shower in the master. We enjoyed siting outside on the patio by the firepit with our coffee in the morning and just watching the birds and bunnies entertain themselves on the lawn while we planned our daily adventure. The grounds are amazing with beautiful flowers and a gorgeous view of Nanoose Bay. Our host's recommendations of beautiful places to explore truly highlighted the unique landscapes of Vancouver Island. And for those who like to shelter in place, the changing tides of the bay allow for exploration and adventure, depending on the time of day. We felt safe and at peace and enjoyed every blessed moment. ”
