Welcome to Town Points! We offer a wonderful open floor plan (kitchen/dining/living) with three privately situated bedrooms perfect for gathering with family and friends.

We want you to have a fantastic time in Park City in our top floor, corner unit! We offer great lighting with windows on three sides. You can comfortably sleep 10 people. You will enjoy great views of Park City, 12-foot vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, outside gas grill, a 46' television with DVD/cable/Bose home theater system in the living area, washer/dryer, hot tub, blow dryers, luxury furnishings, covered parking, and a boot dryer. We also offer the use of a computer and printer with free wifi. You can walk to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift and downtown Park City that features wonderful dining and shopping. Free Bus service to Deere Valley and The Canyons

Our kitchen features granite counter tops, a full-size gas cook top stove, dishwasher, full refrigerator, water softener, beautiful dishes and silverware, and all kitchen accessories. Our master bedroom features a 32' flat-panel wall-mounted adjustable television, a desk with HP printer for guest use, and a King bed with luxury bedding. Master bath features huge walk-in closet, two sinks, shower, luxury tub, and private toilet. Second bedroom features two (2) queen beds with luxury bedding, private balcony, small television with DVD, full bath, large closet, and seating. Third bedroom offers two sets of log bunk beds, a double closet with lots of games. Third bath is in the hallway near the bedroom. All three bathrooms feature luxury towels and blow dryers.

There is lots to do in Park City year round! If you love to exercise outdoors you can ski, hike, bike, and enjoy many other outdoor activities. This place will welcome you home with comfortable furniture and the extras that make for a relaxing and fun vacation. If you like to stay in, this condo is the perfect place to cook, read, watch television or DVDS, knit, play games and cards (included on-site), surf the internet (wireless internet access).

Fabulous dining, shopping, and spas are just a two-minute walk outside your front door. It is easy to walk to just about everywhere. We are adjacent to City Park with outdoor basketball, volleyball, skate park, soccer and baseball fields. There is a fantastic playground for children. You can hire a shuttle service from the airport and cab service in town. Then bus system in Park City is free. Some people rent cars, some don't - depends on your personal preference. We do offer covered parking and an elevator to the third floor.

About us: We believe in hospitality and customer service. We love Park City and looked for our dream vacation property for 10 years. We take excellent care of our condominium and want your experience to be flawless. If for some reason you are not happy about any detail, large or small, we will respond within reason to make it right. We have a local property caretaker who can respond to needs quickly. We live in Austin, TX. Our family has spent many wonderful trips in Park City and will be happy to share with you what we know about the city and surrounding area.
